These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FRETO platform and services ("Service") provided by FRETO ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FRETO is a cloud-based logistics operations platform for freight forwarding companies. The Service includes order management, CMR waybill generation, invoicing, payment tracking, and related features. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@freto.app.
Each account belongs to one company (tenant). Multiple users may be added to the same account depending on your plan. You may not share login credentials across companies or use the Service on behalf of multiple unrelated businesses under a single account.
The Free plan is available at no charge subject to usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter, including customer and carrier information.
We treat your business data as confidential. We do not sell your data to third parties. Access by our staff is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the Service.
The FRETO platform, software, trademarks, and all related materials are our property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Service during your subscription.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We provide support via email at hello@freto.app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRETO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where FRETO is registered.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
